selkaviikkojuliste_500During National Spine Week in Finland (10-16 October) there are public lectures, exercise classes, and/or back care material available in local spine associations.

The event may vary according to a city, cities involved:

  • Helsinki (10 Oct): Selkäliitto, the Finnish Spinal Health Association, are organising a pop-up stand in Finland’s capital to celebrate World Spine Day! The physiotherapists will check posture (posture testing) and give advice for back and neck care. Time: 10.30-2pm, Location: Sanomatolo (Töölönlahdenkatu 2, Helsinki)
  • Mikkeli (10 Oct),
  • Oulu (14 Oct),
  • Joensuu (11-13 Oct),
  • Porvoo (14 Oct),
  • Kankaanpää (12 Oct),
  • Lahti (13 Oct),
  • Seinäjoki (14 Oct),
  • Salo (12 Oct),
  • Tampere (13 Oct),
  • Turku (11-13 & 19 Oct).
