Living with Cauda Equina Syndrome (CES) can feel isolating, but it doesn’t have to. The @caudaequinachampions has built a vibrant, supportive community where survivors and those affected by CES come together to share, listen, and uplift one another. 

⏰ Every final Thursday of the month, they host online support meetings—safe spaces where we talk openly about recovery, relationships, pain, and hope. These gatherings have grown from humble beginnings to international conversations, with guest speakers and heartfelt connections that remind us: we are not alone.
