Saturday, the 12th of October, for our outdoor yoga event in JHB, KZN and the Western Cape to raise awareness of World Spine Day.

VENUE: Zoo Lake (close to Moyo restaurant).

KWAZULU NATAL
VENUE: Botanical Gardens (top of the park at the wooden deck near the wood cycads).
TIME: 9:00

WESTERN CAPE
VENUE: Nitida Wine Farm.
TIME: 10:00 (Please note time difference)
