The theme for 2019 is Get Spine Active!

This reflects the opportunity for people to manage back and neck pain by movement and exercise, one of the key focuses in international health promotion.

Being active can take many forms, not simple doing sport and exercise. Getting Spine Active can range from taking regular breaks at work to aquarobics for the elderly to doing the Straighten Up exercise routine. Everyone, regardless of age or ability can Get Spine Active.
