In support of World Spine Day they are offering their Qi Gong Health class free to the public on October 16, Monday 7:30 pm – 8:30 pm.
Qi Gong exercises cultivate the flow of qi (life force) within our body to promote health and healing combined with stretching and strengthening of muscles and joints, especially the spine.
